Should you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, please return it to us unworn and in its original condition, with the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please clearly include your name and order number within the parcel, and ensure the order is packaged securely. Please note earrings are not refundable for hygiene reasons.
Items are returned at your own cost unless faulty, and it is your responsibility to ensure we receive your return safely. Returns received outside of the designated returns period, or with visible signs of wear may be returned to the sender.
We aim to process returns within 7 working days of receipt, but this may take a little longer during busy periods.
Please contact us with proof of sending your return within 14 days of receipt. Please be sure to mark your parcel ONLY as "returning goods" on any customs declaration forms/labels. Failure to do so may delay delivery and incur duty and/or handling charges which unfortunately you will be responsible for paying. Customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside of the EU.
In the unfortunate event that an item you have received from us has a fault, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number so we can investigate the issue.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within 6 months of delivery. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
